Ramona Eichhorn helped negotiate and secure the purchase of a property for my mother that had multiple offers on it. My mother was moving from out of state and from a home that she had lived in for over 40 plus years. Every detail was addressed by Ramona. She was patient, kind and understanding during what was already a difficult time for my mother needing to move. Due to the nature of the real estate market in San Diego, we needed to write offers on 2 different places, first choice and second choice, while packing up the rest of the home in another state, so that we would have a home for mom...( both properties had multiple offers on them.)
