Buyer reviewRamona was always extremely prompt in returning phone calls and handling any matter that needed taking care of in the way of repairs on this property while we were renting. She even communicated with us in off hours. When we decided to purchase the home, she was an asset to us as the go-between with the seller. She helped to keep us informed at all times when she was given any information we asked about or needed to be informed of. If we are ever in the market to purchase or sell again, Ramona would be the first agent we would consider working with.
