Seller reviewRandy provided us excellent service he also went well above and beyond what would normally be expected from a real estate agent. Our circumstances were special. Under a different realtor and brokerage, our house was for sale in just a few days from closing. Upon final inspection we found that squatters had moved into the house and that they had to be evicted. Needless to say the sale was lost and I had to take the house off the market. I no longer trusted my realtor so I went searching for another realtor. I interviewed several realtors all of whom were interested in selling my house. But only Randy was willing to help me with getting the squatters evicted. This was important to me because we live out of state and we didn't want to have to make multiple trips to court. It soon became evident that Randy had a lot of experience and knew how to navigate these waters. All of his suggestions were excellent. He was very resourceful, helped us get around obstacles, and flat out never quit. We are very thankful to Randy for all he did for us.
