Seller reviewRandy handled several repairs that were required for the sale to take place, as I had already moved out of state. He contacted four different companies on my behalf, negotiated prices, scheduled the work, arranged access for the workers, and collected the invoices. He always arrived promptly for meetings with me when I drove over from Arkansas. Was very good at explaining all the little details and requirements related to the real estate transaction. Randy had helped me find that house 11 years ago. He referred me to someone at my bank, who was able to find a program that helped me with closing costs, etc. Randy had to deal with some requirements that my lender had (storm windows, storm door, etc.). Randy has helped my friend purchase 2 or 3 properties, and manages a rental for her. So for me, there was no other choice but Randy Hale when it came time to sell my house. If I had remained in Tahlequah, of course he would have been my choice to help me find a larger residence.
