People thought I was crazy not having a realtor. i advised Randy that he could also represent my fiancé and I, and I feel we were lucky to have him. He was always on time, very friendly and knows the business. After dealing with Randy and his team I wouldn't have picked or wanted anyone else to go through this with, espaiclly for our first time. As first time buyers they explained every step in detail to us and were also very patient in answering any questions we had. Both Randy and Tanja responded quickly, were available and worked their schedules around ours. Also, Randy and Tanja were on top of any issues we ran into on the Escrow or Lender side and would reach out for immediate feedback if we could not get the answers we needed.
