Seller reviewRandy and Debbie Novak were an excellent team to work with. We had very specific desires of the home were looking for and they showed us what we asked for as well as gave us a couple of options. We ultimately found the perfect spot and are extremely happy in our new home. We had a couple of hurdles in the sale of our home such as teh MLS being hacked and they were able to market our house the best they could and were all over following up on the solution of a state wide issue. In addition when we received a very good offer and an inexperienced apraiser apraised our home quite low. After immediately communicating the news Randy and Debbie went to work to rectify the situation which ultimately lead us to a very fair sale price. We would highly reccomnend the Novak team in any real estate transaction. They are an awesome team.
