Randy provided outstanding customer service and we always felt like we were his top priority. He was attentive and always answered questions in a timely manner. Randy routinely went above and beyond what we thought a real estate agent was suppose to do. Randy treated us like family and treated our house like it was his own and on several occasions he even went out of his way to check on our house when we couldn't get there. Those actions helped reassure us that our home was safe during the selling process. We not only sold our home with Randy but he was instrumental in the purchase of our new home prior to selling. Randy was extremely patient and understanding during our "picky" time of searching for our new home. We would definitely recommend Randy Plyler for buying or selling a home.
