We finally got connected with Randy Plyer and he took on this project of selling a very small piece of property for us since our family does not live locally. He always returned phone calls and emails very promptly. He was able to negotiate with a nearby property owner to add this property to their lot. We are thrilled with the results and appreciate his hard work for such a small piece of real estate. We will be forever grateful he cared about us and getting the lot to a family that would enjoy it.
