Randy proved invaluable to us in facilitating our purchase! We were moving from WI to TX and made three trips to TX to find our house. Randy was patient during the whole process even though he understood it wasn't going to be a quick, easy sale just because of the distances involved. We found our dream house and Randy helped negotiate a great deal for us and handled a detailed inspection. The financing and closing went much more smoothly than we anticipated with a long distance move. Randy Plyer was great. He is very professional. Always responds quickly to my many questions. He is still helping me find repair people, etc. He is very knows the Weatherford area very well. Carol & I always trusted his recommendations. I would be happy to recommend Randy to anyone I know looking to buy a house. This is the fifth house we have owned and Randy was the best Realtor we have had. Bonnie was also vey helpful when Randy was out of town. Randy was great!
