About Randy I have lived and worked in Lewis and Thurston Counties for the past 40+ years and I am very familiar with most areas of Western Washington. My wife and I raised four children in Lewis County and now enjoy time spent with our grandchildren. We own a small farm in Thurston County and raise registered Hereford cattle. My 25+ years of work in the banking and lending industry and over a decade of in-depth real estate experience gives me a unique skill set. My experience with properties of varied sizes and uses, my appraisal and loan officer background, my familiarity with this geographic area, understanding of land uses and the permitting process, and personal experience in property development and new construction allows me to provide a high level of expertise to all my customers. Seller reviewRandy Sullivan handled the complexities involved of we, the Sellers, residing 100 miles outside the area where the home was located. He showed compassion in the selling of our deceased parents' home. Randy also showed great patience in having to deal with two Sellers of the property. I really appreciated his timeliness in calls/call backs when needed. When Randy had made suggestions during the process and we did not agree with his ideas, he was understanding and professional about it.
