About Randy I have lived and worked in Lewis and Thurston Counties for the past 40+ years and I am very familiar with most areas of Western Washington. My wife and I raised four children in Lewis County and now enjoy time spent with our grandchildren. We own a small farm in Thurston County and raise registered Hereford cattle. My 25+ years of work in the banking and lending industry and over a decade of in-depth real estate experience gives me a unique skill set. My experience with properties of varied sizes and uses, my appraisal and loan officer background, my familiarity with this geographic area, understanding of land uses and the permitting process, and personal experience in property development and new construction allows me to provide a high level of expertise to all my customers. I contacted Randy Sullivan since I had met him before. He took time to explain each step of the way and made suggestions. He listened to my comments and acted on them. He made the process very easy for me and followed through on everything he said he'd do. He even offered to help with moving furniture out of the house! The whole process went smoothly with Randy guiding me every step of the way. I am going to be selling my house in the next couple of years and buying a house to retire in, I will be using Randy as my agent in this process.
