Seller reviewRaquel really made me feel like my best interest was her own even if it meant no sale. She went out of her way to have the least amount of work needed from my end. She was happy to host additional open houses even though it was expected to be slow traffic. Gladly was willing to help stage and get a photoshoot done to the place at her own expense. Always reachable no matter the day or time. Very patient with my late responses and willing to work around my schedule. She made the impossible happen!

She did her research and suggested a price that was fitting for the home and the area. It worked! The home sold for more than list price.
