Raquel is amazing at what she does no doubt about it ! The day I met her back in 2009 when she was helping my mother buy a home I first hand got to see the effort ,hard work and dedication she has in this field ! My home buying experience with Raquel Zambrana-Ramirez exceeded all my expectations. Although she was my agent that I only met recently, the process and her care felt like teaming up with a family member. She was very knowledgeable of the area I was looking in, and was very attentive to keeping me updated on homes that met my needs. With setting up viewings she was very patient and easy to work with on times that worked for me, and she did not rush the process. She handled all paper work timely and like a true professional, if questions came up on my end she took the time to answer my questions, which gave me new knowledge and confidence through the process. If there was a time I expressed unsureness or worry, she would reassure me everything would be ok, which was uplifting. The next time I go into home buying I will definitely contact Raquel, her positive vibe and knowledge are key into getting a win.
