Ray and Kathi Pirolo - WORKING TOGETHER TO MEET YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS. We have been working together in Real Estate since 2008. Ray began in the business part time, in 2006 and after 34 years in the Retail Food industry is now full time in Real Estate. Kathi was licensed and active in real estate for 4 years prior to our marriage in 1984. With the kids mostly grown she returned to Real Estate in 2008. We raised our children in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, and have serviced the Albuquerque Metropolitan area including Rio Rancho and Placitas. In 2009 and 2010 we achieved the status of Multi Million dollar producer. We have worked with buyers and sellers from every age group, from first time buyers to those seeking to down size. We enjoy working together and desire to put the needs of our clients first and foremost in our business transactions.

Seller reviewRay came off as very knowledgeable and I felt confident that he would be able to successfully sale my home while I was out of state, which was a main contributor of picking him over other candidates. I felt that Ray went over and beyond in making sure my home would sell in time. He scheduled inspections and helped in problematic areas that I couldn't complete due to myself being out of state Ray sold my house for exactly what he thought it was worth in less than a week at top dollar, showing he has excellent knowledge of the market. He completed essential documentation to close on the home in less than 30 days. I would recommend Ray to any of my friends or family.

Buyer reviewI found Ray Pirolo to be highly ethical. There were certain questions that I had asked regarding his opinion on certain matters such as where to buy a home based on safety, crime rate, etc. Ray did not provide any personal opinions on matters that NM state law forbids. Even after closing, Ray has been in contact to make sure that my family is settling in OK. My relo company gave me his name. Ray has experience dealing with people new to albuquerque. Ray has great communication skills. Even when Ray was driving to CA, he picked up his phone and answered questions. Christmas day, new year's - he replied to my incessant text messages.
