She definitely listened to me and was good about email communication which was faster for both of us and gave me time to read and review the information she was giving me before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. Her excellent service and professionalism was second to none and she really understood the market as well as the special needs of military veterans. She was flexible with timings and was available whenever I needed additional information about the process.
