My name is Regina Petry, but growing up most people knew me as Gina...I grew up and lived in Butler NJ until I got married and now reside in Riverdale with my husband and son. I'm a REALTOR with Century 21 Crest Real Estate in Pompton Plains and I am a member of the Passaic County Board of Realtors & National Associations of Realtors.

Buyer reviewRegina Petry is 10 star ratings all around. She is truly fabulous at her job & helped my boyfriend & I find our dream home. She helped us every step of the way through the process & thoroughly explained the details of home buying. I have been telling all of my friends & family about the wonderful experience we had having her as our realtor & I strongly advising them to use her for any home purchases/rentals/sales. My biggest regret was not following Gina's recommendation to switch from our original Mortgage Broker to use the guy she recommended Ryan Barry. I spoke to Ryan in the beginning & at the end of the home purchasing process & knew he was the correct person to get our loan through, Unfortunately my boyfriend felt best staying with the guy we were using before we met Gina. I learned a hard lesson not switching the loan to Ryan Barry & I have also been referring him to my friends & family so they are able to avoid the same stress I had to go through with Key point Mortgage. I love my home so much I never plan on moving, if we ever do move Gina will be selling our home & helping up find another. She really was what a realtor should be, honest, caring, professional, etc...

Buyer reviewRegina Petry did a great job under very challenging circumstances. The seller's agent was incompetent and nearly caused the deal to fall apart. Regina remained professional and got the job done. She deserves hazard pay for this one. I would definitely work with Regina again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.
