Buyer reviewRegina Piland was very helpful and patient every step of the way during the 6-month search for our home, and she always acted in our best interest. If there was anything of concern with any of the houses we looked at, she would not hesitate to point it out instead of trying to just make a sale. The market was such that any decent house on the market would be sold just about the same day it was listed. Any buyer had to act quick if they wanted to stand a chance of getting the home. We utilized Realtor.com and Zillow.com, and if we saw something that fitted our criteria, we would give Regina a call. She always responded immediately to our call and was ready to drop what she was doing to get us in the home for a walk-through. We always felt like we were her only, and most important, customer but knew she had many. When we finally found "just the right place", Regina was with us every step of the buying/financing process from writing the contract that she felt certain would get us a new home to being with us at closing, i.e. home inspection, appraisal, pest inspection, and negotiating repairs the sellers needed to make, My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Regina Piland to anyone looking for an agent to sell their home or help them find a home to purchase.

Buyer reviewRegina went above and beyond on what must have been a difficult process for her with us being 4 hours away. She constantly kept us informed and was crucial in finding us listings as soon as they were available. Her negotiating skills were off the chart good. She was able to lock down the first potential purchase before most other buyers were even able to see the property. She also negotiated a great deal for us on the house we needed up buying. She also provided referrals for construction professionals to help with the inspection process. Anytime we needed a referral of anything in the area she always had a list on contacts ready. She consistently went above and beyond and never gave up on us after the first contract fell through. We would say she provided what should be "award winning" customer service. We would recommend her for anyone buying property in Radford, Christiansburg, or the surrounding areas. We plan to work with her again when we sell the property we just bought.
