I grew up in Mississippi but have been a Florida resident since 1997. I am a licensed real estate Broker Associate and have had my real estate license since 2005. Florida's sunny days and warm weather are some of the things that attracted me here as well as being just 1 1/2 hours from either coast. One of the beauties of living here is that our sunrises and sunsets are different everyday-truly beautiful! My husband and I along with my two teenagers enjoy the convenience of everything here. You can enjoy the weather almost year round.
I enjoy getting to meet people and in 2018 I was blessed to be able to help sell 80 homes, and in 2019 I was blessed to help sell 90 homes, in 2020 I was blessed to sell 105 homes, in 2021 I was blessed to sell 119 homes, in 2022 I was blessed to sell 93 homes. I attend education classes yearly and continually keep updated with ways to better serve my customers. I am "Committed to Results" is my mission statement! A few of the designations I currently hold are: Certified International Property Specialist, Second Home Property Specialist. I am also a Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider).

Seller reviewRegina, great, no other word., sold our home on Birdsong, had many showings etc. everything ran smoothly. Purchased our new home, we were just riding around in the area and saw this one corner lot, nice curb appeal, many beautiful pluses we didn't have in our previous home, this one beautifully furnished, the agent who checked out the home gave a glowing review, perfect everything so he said, this was not Regina's fault, she bent over backwards, getting us all fixed up, even saved me a bill since I had accidently locked up the dishwasher & thought, thats great, she came over and straightened it all out, the frig was leaking, seems the previous owners didn't bother to keep it up,Regina, pulled out everything out and saw all the ice on the bottom, it was all plugged up, here she was on her hands & knees trying to chop up the ice, I loved her effort, however, we had someone come over & fix it, again that idiot who checked things out, never did look in there,, then the first night we lived in the newby in the middle of the night there was a flood in the master bath, it went out to the carpet then looking in the garage all kinds of water in there, it seems the checker guy didn't bother to see about the aircondit. in the garage all stopped up, he didn't even notice, Regina tooked care of that & the keys that went to the front door did not work, Rigina arranged for a lock smith to fix it & the last thing we noticed the door bell doesn't. I can't say enough about Regina, I would recommend her tops! That dude who did the inspecting will be sorry when we send our complalint to the better business bureau & Regina should make him pay, I don't think she will thou Love her!!
