Committed to RESULTS!!
I grew up in Mississippi but have been a Florida resident since 1997. I am a licensed real estate Broker Associate and have had my real estate license since 2005. Florida's sunny days and warm weather are some of the things that attracted me here as well as being just 1 1/2 hours from either coast. One of the beauties of living here is that our sunrises and sunsets are different everyday-truly beautiful! My husband and I along with my two teenagers enjoy the convenience of everything here. You can enjoy the weather almost year round.
I enjoy getting to meet people and in 2018 I was blessed to be able to help sell 80 homes, and in 2019 I was blessed to help sell 90 homes, in 2020 I was blessed to sell 105 homes, in 2021 I was blessed to sell 119 homes, in 2022 I was blessed to sell 93 homes. I attend education classes yearly and continually keep updated with ways to better serve my customers. I am "Committed to Results" is my mission statement! A few of the designations I currently hold are: Certified International Property Specialist, Second Home Property Specialist. I am also a Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider).
I am committed to bringing you outstanding service by: being knowledgeable of the purchase/listing process, being responsive, communicating with you through the entire real estate transaction, negotiating on your behalf, and having knowledge of both the real estate market as well as the local area. Seller reviewRegina worked hard to get the property in good shape and went above expectation to fix what needed to be corrected. Unfortunately, I had to put over $10,000 to upgrade the house which hurt since I had to reduce the selling price by $40,000 for when it was first listed.

Seller reviewWe used Regina to buy our first home in The Villages in 2021. The experience was fantastic so when we decided to sell that home and move out of state we used her again. Again she did a fabulous job in a market that was very unsettled. Regina was one of the best Realtors that we ever used and would reccomend her highly to anyone looking to buy in or near The Villages.

Regina makes the journey/ride smooth and found our home in record timing. Seller reviewIf you see the chance for Regina to manage the rental and/or sale of your property in The Villages - RUN, don't walk - get Regina in your corner. My goodness - so much of the management of my Mom's house was crazy. As a remote owner trying to rent until the sale price was reasonable I had to rely on Regina constantly. She always delivered. Things you don't think about when you rent your house - like storms - she was always ahead of us. I woud learn a storm was coming and call Regina and find out she had already visited the house and storm-proofed it. OrganizedIn the sale.... we were repeatedly offered crazy low (you have to sell because someone was has died) offers and Regina worked with me to get another $75K. Yes, I am a fan. She is not my family, but she worked it like she was. She never tried to get me to make a bad sale quickly - in order to get a commission quickly. If you need someone to manage/sell your house when the price is right - I sincerely recommend Regina Rodriguez.

Buyer reviewRegina has a good amount of local knowledge making it easy to find things I was interested in. We had worked together for a few years and that experience has been productive and pleasant. Finding and purchasing a place has been no different. She found what I liked, always kept me in the loop, and got the things done quickly and efficiently to finalise my purchase. Won't ever use anyone one else. Excellent job!
