Committed to RESULTS!!
I grew up in Mississippi but have been a Florida resident since 1997. I am a licensed real estate Broker Associate and have had my real estate license since 2005. Florida's sunny days and warm weather are some of the things that attracted me here as well as being just 1 1/2 hours from either coast. One of the beauties of living here is that our sunrises and sunsets are different everyday-truly beautiful! My husband and I along with my two teenagers enjoy the convenience of everything here. You can enjoy the weather almost year round.
I enjoy getting to meet people and in 2018 I was blessed to be able to help sell 80 homes, and in 2019 I was blessed to help sell 90 homes, in 2020 I was blessed to sell 105 homes, in 2021 I was blessed to sell 119 homes, in 2022 I was blessed to sell 93 homes. I attend education classes yearly and continually keep updated with ways to better serve my customers. I am "Committed to Results" is my mission statement! A few of the designations I currently hold are: Certified International Property Specialist, Second Home Property Specialist. I am also a Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider).
I am committed to bringing you outstanding service by: being knowledgeable of the purchase/listing process, being responsive, communicating with you through the entire real estate transaction, negotiating on your behalf, and having knowledge of both the real estate market as well as the local area. Seller reviewRegina Rodriguez is a great gal. She helped us walk thru a difficult situation (unknown that we had a lien on our home for 18 years!!!). She was calm and collective and didn't let it rattle her but got it resolved in a timely manner. We had been told the owner/roofer & finance company had gone out of business, but she had someone working in the background and was able to contact to the right people to resolve our issue. For that we am grateful! Regina Rodriguez is a great realtor. She has a high energy level. We suggested to her and would like to suggest to your company that you have a list for the buyer/seller (in this case Regina was for both the home we sold and purchased). A list of items showing what needs to be accomplished thru-out the process. This would help the seller/buyer know what has to be done and can keep an eye on the process. We hadn't purchased a home for 27 years and were a bit rusty. Also, selling/buying a home can be stressful but Regina got us through it without a lot of stress. Thanks Regina! I only had one contact with them and that was with Regina's assistant, Jackie. She was great too. Inspite of the lien on our home and the fact we had to replace the roof on the home we sold, it was a great experience.

Regina is very polite, professional, and just an all around happy person. Love being around Regina because she just seems to make the world a awesome. Never seen her in a bad mood. Regina always returns calls in a timely manner and stays in touch even after the sale. Regina's staff has always treated us with respect and professionalism and made sure our needs were taken care of. Regina handled the entire transaction because the sellers realtor did nothing! Regina made sure buyer and seller were completely satisfied Every detail of my buying experience with Regina was awesome!!!!!!!
