I gave Renae a good rating in "inspections/open houses" only because I did not attend any open houses, only home viewings that I scheduled. She made herself available for veiwings to fit my scheduel and informed me about home inspections; however I chose not to do an inspection in my purchase. Renae also was the one who sent me information on the home I ended up purchasing after we looked at one together only to be disappointed by the condition of the basement. If it weren't for Renae and her hard work we could have potentially lost out on our awesome home. After schedueling a showing with Renae my girlfriend and I were disappointed by the condition of the basement of a property we were interested in; however, Renae sent us a list of new listings within 24 hours. The new list included homes with features that both my girlfriend a I told Renae we wanted for our new house. Needless to say, the home that we ended up purchasing was from that list and if it weren't for Renae we could have missed out on this opportunity all together. We both couldn't be more happy. Renae made sure that everything stayed on task once we found the home we wanted and I was easily able to get in contact with her. She also communicated in a timely manner with the mortgage broker I used in this purchase to make sure documents got done on time. After being told that our closing would be delayed by our mortgage broker Renae worked with all parties involved to get things done and our closing wasn't delayed.

Renae is friendly and personable. She is knowledgeable about the area. The house we sold was part of an estate. Timely selling of the property was very important to us. Renae had no doubts that she would be able to sell it for us quickly, even with the short timeline we had allotted her prior to going to auction. We are very satisfied with the results Renae provided us.

Renae Dunbar went out of her way to find out answers to any questions that we had. If we had concerns about anything she found out right away, which came out to be minor issues. She did not push or shove either direction about things with the house due to personal opinions. Was very honest with everything she said. Would recommend her to anyone, family or friend, looking to buy a house
