Buyer reviewRenae helped me buy a cute starter home a few years ago. Even though I had a very small budget to work with she was always doing everything she could to find my perfect home. As my life and family changed and expanded we needed something bigger and I immediately thought of Renae. She is knowledgable, dependable, and very quick to return calls, emails, etc.

Buyer reviewRenae was easy to work with and was available for showings when we contacted her. She made time for us. Our first negotiation on a house fell through but we stuck to our guns on our requests and she honored and backed us on that. She too stuck with us and this spring we finally made a purchase. Renae never pushed us on a house but did follow up well. We never felt pressured by her and knew eventually we would find a house. When we wanted to go back and look at a house for a second time she called immediately and we were able to get in it following the call. It did lead to the purchase of our current house. She was super sweet also to our daughter allowing us to look at a house while she entertained her. Which was super appreciative. Personally, I also liked that Renae is involved in the community. She donates blood, she fosters pets and truly is a good person. Things all work out for a reason they say. Renae is looking at comps for our current house and when we are ready we will call her to list it. I would recommend Renae to anyone who is house shopping in the Traverse City Area.
