Buyer reviewIf you need someone who knows the area, has connections, has experience, and spends all waking hours closing contracts, (and you do!), then Rene is the Realtor for you. As much as this sounds like a paid for advertisement, it isn't, I have purchased two properties with Rene's help, they were complicated deals, I'm a difficult person, and I was a happy guy at the end of both. I will ask for her help again.

I found that Rene's strength is in really knowing the area and understanding the factors that impact on any sale. She is also extremely personable and I became very fond of her. Buyer reviewWhen we moved up to the mountains we began to search for a home. We were out and came across an open house . We were interested in the house but at the time were unable to get a loan. We met with the listing agent who was not helpful in any way. After going home and doing an Internet search I was drawn up Rene's friendly professional look. After a few minutes talking to her I knew she was the person we were looking for. Fast forward 2+ years. We have looked at 100's of houses online and about 50from he street. For 2 + years we looked for houses. Rene showed us many. We went brought multiple offers and multiple escrows. Now finally closing on a house. We are fully satisfied with our experience with Rene. We wholeheartedly recommend her.
