Seller reviewI just felt simpatico with Rene' from our first meeting. Unlike other realtors I've dealt with, she was low-key while being entirely straightforward. She also had deep knowledge of one of my particular concerns regarding the sale. Rene' fielded two offers on the first day. Although the first was a a full-price, all-cash offer, Rene' knew enough about the prospective buyers that she did not recommend we take that offer. The second offer was from people she felt sure would be a good fit in the community and respect the innate value of the property. Her instincts were right on the money; I got the buyers from Heaven. Through the entire process, I felt I was in the best possible hands. As rarely happens in real estate transactions, I feel I've found a friend.
