Seller reviewThe property was a very difficult one to execute because of its size (43 acres) and value (large lodge and apartment building) compared to the area. Rene kept me informed during the process as I was in the Bay Area. She arranged for a 2nd backup offer in case the first offer did not go forward.

Buyer reviewI purchased a 40 acre ranch near Raymond in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic shut-down. Rene was the listing agent. When I contacted her by email to express my interest in the property she replied promptly. In follow up emails, she answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. I immediately concluded that Rene would fairly represent my interests as well as the seller's interests and proceeded to make an offer without visiting the property. In fact, I never laid eyes on the property until 3 days after escrow closed. Rene served as my eyes throughout the transaction, attended all inspections on my behalf, and always provided immediate feedback. Once I finally saw the property, I had absolutely no regrets that I made the purchase. Rene's professionalism, dedication, and trustworthiness made this "blind" purchase possible.
