Buyer reviewI have been looking for a property for a few years. Rene had helped me out on numerous properties that I was interested in. Her local knowledge was helpful in my search. In the end I found a great property for my family to enjoy for many years to come. I will be in search for more in the coming years and will be contacting Century 21 Ditton Realty and Rene Christenson.

Anyone who needs a house in the mountain community needs to soak up her expertise of the area. We selected her because she had a vast knowledge of the community. She was such a genuine person that we reached out to her and asked her to be our real estate agent. She made a daunting task so much easier to handle and deal with. She knew the exact answer to every single question we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better agent than Rene.

Seller reviewRene was a blessing to me during a very difficult time. I live in another state and had to travel to California to take care of my grandmother's estate. Rene was prompt, knowledgeable, caring and personable. She made the entire process pretty painless. Could not have been more pleased with the outcome of the sale.

Buyer reviewRene was very supportive and provided insight into the real estate transaction I just completed in Oakhurst. There were several issues including a low appraisal under the offered price which we had to go through additional offers and counter offers because of. She worked through this with me and helped with the selling agent whom at times did not respond very quickly. Over all I would recommend Rene to any buyer looking to purchase a home in Madera. I have yet to sell a property in Oakhurst, but if I did Rene would be my first contact.
