In the utter insanity that is trying to buy a house in this market it was incredibly refreshing knowing that the one thing I didn't have to worry about was my realtor. Renee got things done. Quick communication, always prepared, and ready to knock out the next thing on our list. I was in the market for over a year, looking in 6 counties and the U.P., 5 different realtors, countless loan officers, brokers, inspectors, appraisers, insurance companies, etc. Of all of those people I've dealt with over the last year+ I would only recommend two people.
