Buyer reviewI think the title company as the only other party - and they was great to deal with also. I feel like the whole transaction went off with no surprises and I was well informed along the way. Renee arranged a meeting with the sellers so that they could show us how to winterize the property ........... I'm sure that isn't normal but I feel like Renee was able to judge both us as buyers and the (Wojan's) as sellers and trust that we could "get along" .......... as it turns out - we intend to stay in touch with the "sellers" ....... our new friends - the Wojans.
