Renee helped us acquire a property in Lakewood, WI in 2009. Her commitment to us as buyers went beyond my expectations. She understands the buying and selling of property yet is concrete in her belief of good salesmanship. If the property is not right she will say it and not just push it to get rid of it. Because of that experience, I reached out to her last year in hopes that she would help us find a different location. She understood our requirements in a home we were looking for and only showed us listings of such. After a long search and looking at several homes, she found our "forever" home in Mountain. An area actually outside of her normal service area. Renee worked with another realtor that represented the seller. If there was something that the other realtor was dragging their feet on, Renee stepped in and got answers. Her attention to detail when dealing with us and others is her most glaring attribute. No stone unturned. When I ask a question she very expeditiously gets an answer. If I were to do this again I would seek out Renee Irish first. I would pull her out of retirement, or a hospital bed for that matter, for her expert guidance and help. I would most highly recommend her as your real estate agent whether buying or selling! She is absolutely the best to work with!
