Seller reviewRenee is the best! She not only helped us buy our first home, but also when we found out we needed to move we knew she would be the perfect person to help us sell that same home. In 2017 she helped us buy our first home and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. As first time home buyers she explained everything and made sure we had what we needed. A few years later we knew we were going to need to sell that same home and knew we wouldn't want to use anyone but her to help. She did the same thing as when we were buying the house, she explained everything and always had our best interests at heart. Renee is the sweetest, kindest person and realtor. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us buy and sell our first home.

So when we decided to sale, we wanted Renee to make that happen for us. Our home was under contract in less than 3 days. We refuse to work with anyone else. Seller reviewHouse was under contract in <24 hours. Renee did a great job starting with staging the house up until closing. Moving is never fun even under the best circumstances but she definitely made everything seamless. I would definitely use her again
