As first time Home buyers, we knew nothing of the process. From the very first time we reached out to Reyn, until the Loan recorded, Reyn was super easy to work with. He was prompt on all of his responses, he was very thorough in explaining anything we had questions about and always made sure we were getting as much information as possible.
