Seller reviewThis sale was made difficult because it was an "as is" property with probate issues. I was located in Connecticut and was only in Florida twice for a very short time. Rhonda handled everything including dealing with my 87 year old lawyer. Her patience, understanding, experience and calm demeanor were key factors in making this experience as good as it could be.

She and Century 21 allowed my little 4 pound yorkie in their offices in which I visited often, she always enjoyed Max being there. Rhonda went above and beyond to help me in every way even after buying my home. I will recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home or property.
