She was patient and understanding when I missed the projected date for actually listing the house, not just once but twice. She acquired a skilled professional to photograph the house once it was ready to list, and she met every deadline. Once there were offers on the house, she made valuable suggestions and demonstrated good insight when giving advice on which offer to accept. Once under contract, she coordinated all of the different inspections and negotiations that lead to a successful close. I would not hesitate using her services again, and would highly recommend her for selling your house.
