Seller reviewRich Castleberry helped me find a home quickly 3 1/2 years ago, when I relocated to Utah from Washington state. This summer, I contacted him with a vague date in mind, but no intent to market quickly. He very calmly shared market data with me and offered a compelling argument for a quicker start. He then took an off-handed comment about finding a family that might need an accessible home, and found that family immediately. THAT'S RESOURCEFUL!
