Richard LaPorte is a fantastic Realtor! I was pleased with every aspect of my first home buying experience from start to finish. I first contacted Rich about looking for a house about 3 years ago. I couldn't get approved at that time for the price range I was interested in. My family's needs and wants exceeded our budget. So we put the search on hold and worked on "getting the horse before the cart", as Rich put it. Well, we finally got the horse and contacted Rich again a few months ago. He was highly recommended by very close friends so we wanted to go with him if possible. It couldn't have worked out better. Rich helped me get approved for the amount I needed, set up meetings about building a home, showed us several homes, and was just so accommodating! I feel like he steered us in the right direction for every turn. Rich is not only professional and polite, but also has this friendly personality and sense of humor that makes him more than just your Realtor. He also becomes a friend. I look forward to having Rich over to our new house for a BBQ this summer! I would recommend Rich to anyone and everyone who is in need of an amazing Realtor!
