I was pre-approved and the same day we looked at a house we've been eyeing. He dropped everything, got us right in and then put in offer in that night. Every step of the way, Rich was available and very communicative. Even the smallest detail, he would reach out to make sure we were always in the loop. I feel like we talked almost every day and it helped keep the anxiety down. We are impressed with his professionalism (with some great humor on the side), communication, and passion for what he does. 100% would work with again and again until he's no longer in the business. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed if you choose Rich!
