Rich was very respectful and made it easy. With his experience he pointed out stuff in property's that I would have over looked. He always responded within minutes and as soon as I wanted to make an offer on a property he would be right on it and have the offer ready to sign in a quick notice. Even if he was in traverse city, California, and even Florida. This was my first house and rich helped me every step of the way when I had no clue what I was doing. I listened to him and rich walked me every step of the way. Rich has a lot of experience in the field and knows a lot of other realtors. Which helped a lot when I had a question about a property he would reach out to them and usually find out very fast. I definitely recommend rich. I couldn't have asked for more help when it came to buying a house.
