Rich is a 5????? Broker! It was simple, straight forward, and fast. Rich was on the ball and got the house sold amazingly fast.

He will take his time explaining all aspects of the sale to you answering any and all questions you may have and makes sure you understand. He holds open houses and advertises your home in all possible areas working diligently in getting your home sold. He works for you making sure you understand all aspects of selling your home from the beginning of the sale to the end of the sale. He analyzes your home value and works with you to get the sale done. He follows through and getting a hold of him is very easy returning any voice messages you leave and gest back to you quickly. If you want a realtor who will work for you and will make sure the sale goes through then you will want to use Rich LaPorte.
