Buyer reviewThis was our first home purchase so we were anxious, excited and full of questions. Rich LaPorte took the time to answer all of our questions and he was so knowledgeable that the anxiousness turned into excitement almost immediately. He had quite a calming effect throughout the entire process from looking at homes to the closing. My wife was in Detroit 50% of the time for work during the weeks leading up to closing and Rich handled it with style. At one point, Rich was texting her daily to relieve any stress she had and to answer all of her questions. Even when my wife couldn't make it to closing, Rich thoughtfully included her and texted pictures of the closing so she didn't feel like she was missing out on a life event! Rich was very helpful and we felt that he was extremely knowledgeable, approachable and trustworthy. We will be recommending Rich to everyone looking to buy a home! We not only found a realtor but we found a friend.
