Buyer reviewWe met Richard while visiting a house in which he was representing the seller. We immediately connected with his personality and expertise. As first time home buyers, we were quite ignorant of many of the processes of purchasing a house. Of course he could answer all of our basic questions but also able to walk us through some more uncommon problems with our purchase. For instance, we had some issues with plumbing and foundation that he navigated expertly. He had knowledge of the various tests that the plumbers were performing and was able to explain a lot about how the plumbing, roof, and foundation repairs would work and he worked with the seller to come to an excellent arrangement for us. I highly recommend Richard for your buying or selling needs. He is wonderful!
