Seller reviewI heard about Richard Salinas through a friend and he was amazing throughout the entire process! I was selling a home with my brother and Richard was communicative with both of us the entire time. He made sure we were on the same page, that both of us were comfortable with next steps and was always available to walk us through any issues if they arose. It was very easy to trust him and know that he was giving honest advice! The process was complicated as I was out of state and I was at ease about him coordinating walk throughs and paperwork with my brother who lived in California. All in all, I would highly recommend Richard to anyone buying or selling a home in the Central Valley area.
