Buyer reviewI met Rick when I stopped at an open house in Burnt Store Mariana in 2020. I was'nt interested in that particular unit, but he was very knowledgeble about BSM . I asked him if we could see some other units the following week. He found a great unit for me and I loved it at first site. Rick and I stayed in touch while I modernized my unit. When it was time for me to sell Rick was first & only on my list. He knows his stuff, AND HE LISTENS TO HIS CLIENT. In my opinion that is the biggest assest anyone in sales needs to be successful. We found a great new home for me. All who have visited so far are wowed by the house. Although this is is my last home purchase, Rick will always be my realtor & good friend

Buyer reviewMy wife got an alert from Realtor.com sent him the link and he looked into it the next day, stayed in constant contact with us, knowing that the sale would be fast and that they were only opening bids for a few days, he took care of all that, on a Friday we made our offer to Rick, on Tuesday he let us know the offer was accepted and we had our new home. In the meantime we were retiring, packing our home in WI and getting our closing for that house done, we closed in Wi on Oct 29th and met Rick on Nov.3 to close on our new home. he took some of our stress away by handling everything down here.
