Buyer reviewMy wife got an alert from Realtor.com sent him the link and he looked into it the next day, stayed in constant contact with us, knowing that the sale would be fast and that they were only opening bids for a few days, he took care of all that, on a Friday we made our offer to Rick, on Tuesday he let us know the offer was accepted and we had our new home. In the meantime we were retiring, packing our home in WI and getting our closing for that house done, we closed in Wi on Oct 29th and met Rick on Nov.3 to close on our new home. he took some of our stress away by handling everything down here.

Very willing to take us to all of the properties we found in our search, researching them and making some recommendations that we hadn't found on our own. It was a sometimes frustrating experience that Rick helped to smooth over. I'm glad we just happened to stumble into the office while he was there. It worked out pretty well.
