Buyer reviewI met Richie by working at U S Title Company, Inc. He has always been very respectful toward everyone. When me and my husband started to consider buying a house, our first thought for a realtor was Richie Arnold. He has always been very accommodating when scheduling to look at a house. He always told the truth about the area the house was located, and/or the known problems the house had. We loved working with Richie on the purchase of our first home and would for sure use him again if we need a realtor.

Buyer reviewHe's a tenacious, hard-working agent. He's stays by your side every step of the way and thoroughly explains each and every step. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I had some severe scheduling issues with the listing agent and the seller's choice of contractor. Richie was ready and willing to take charge of the situation without any hesitation. Richie is a one stop shop. He handled everything from start to finish flawlessly. Again, Richie knocked it out of the park. I'm sure he may have had some back office assistance, but I dealt directly with Richie from day one when he took me to see 4 houses in a matter of a few hours even on a short-notice request. I'm very grateful to him for all the hard work and determination to get the job done!!
