Seller reviewRitchie had worked with us previously but this was my first experience using him to help sell a bank owned commercial property. Ritchie understood our needs and coordinated clean up and prepping for sale in an effective manner before listing. The contract ulimately closed was a win-win for buyer and seller. Overall a great job.
