Rick was beyond personable and made the entire experience enjoyable for myself and my children. He worked tirelessly to stay ahead of the new listings and always made time to show us the new listings that fit our needs right away. He explained things thoroughly and always made sure my questions were answered promptly. He guided me through the process and made sure that I had clear understanding and realistic expectations. There were no surprises and he made sure that I was informed along the way. This was my first home buying experience, and it could have been overwhelming and difficult, but thanks to Rick it was a smooth and essentially effortless experience.
