Rick was very knowledgeable about the areas we were searching for property as well as understanding of our needs purchasing from another state. Rick went the extra mile always for our family during this purchase, making sure everything from inspection to closing went smoothly. We viewed many properties and Rick was always patient, nice, friendly and helpful in finding our dream TN property. He is an amazing realtor. They don't come any better. Rick Potter was recommended by a family member that had used Rick in the past. Rick did an outstanding job for them. I was using another broker in the area and was very dissatisfied with them. I was given Rick's number and at 9pm at night, and Rick started working then. Rick was great to work with, there was no problems in getting in touch with Rick. We did have some set backs with the bank that I was using, Rick worked every day on this making sure everyone had the info they need to move forward. If at any time in the future in needed a realtor Rick would be my first call. If I know anyone that is going to be buying or selling I will highly recommend Rick.
