Everything went well. The house was sold before it was even listed. Rick Potter was great to work with. The people who bought it were happy and so were we. Which made it easier for us to sell the house we loved. The lady who showed our house was very nice and respectful. I know she did a great job as well. He did an excellent job! He knew his clients and what they wanted.

I recommended him to avery one i know> He is well known and calls u back ASAP for as busy as he is that says alot and goes the extra mile he even offered to help me move my furniture which I dont believe u would get many other agents do. HE goes 110 percent above avery one else i have dealt with in real estate.!!!!!

Rick Potter was AMAZING! He was so helpful and personable. In everything he did he was professional and caring toward our opinions and needs but also very informative about market values and price comparisons and the steps involved in the process of the sale of our home. He was very knowledgeable and gave us an abundance of helpful infomation. Rick went out of his way to make our needs and wishes a priority. We thoroughly enjoyed him as a preson and as an advisor and representative in the sales process. We felt that he had our best interest at heart in all that he did. We have worked with many realtors over the years but our experience with Rick was definitly one of the best we have had! We feel that we got the BEST of the best!!
