Getting ready to sell my first house brought so many questions, concerns and anxieties; And then the universe handed me Rienne. From the very first time I met her she was warm and genuine, and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to get to know my house and the things that would help it stand out in the buyers eyes. She took the time to understand what I was really looking for throughout the sale and what was most important. Her communication skills are amazing and helped to make the process as easy as possible for me. She went above and beyond at every turn, from shuffling my dogs around so they went pent up for too long, and even vacuumed and straightened up my house when we had an unexpected showing. She also was instrumental in helping our family find our next residence. Again, her taking the time to really listen to my wants and needs made the process as productive as it could have been. I am so grateful for Rienne and all she's done for us. She not only performed on a job expectation level, but she was genuine in getting to know not only us as buyers, but us as a family and formed relationships with our children and our pets as well.
