Seller reviewI interviewed 3 other real estate agents before signing with River Giberson. River answered the phone almost every time I called and got back to me quickly when he wasn't readily available. It took me awhile to decide to sell my house and River was with me the entire time, long before I actually contracted with him. I called River when there was a house I wanted to look at last minute. He was on a plane, but took the time to make an appointment for him to show me the house first thing in the morning. My daughter had a very positive experience as well buying and selling her home. I had meet River prior to listing my house. His personality, his knowledge of the area plus his knowledge of the real estate market are all phenomenal! Definitely pleasure to work with! River used a decorator named Dana, another lovely person, to stage the house before listing. The house looked magnificent! The pictures really highlighted the best parts of the home. I highly recommend River Giberson to help buy or sell your house. He is a very personable agent. He helped me through my anxiety of the whole process of not just selling but of moving as well. I would have liked to have used him to buy my new house. He was very honest and said no because he didn't know the area and it wouldn't have been fair to me.
