His recommendation of a handyman was invaluable since we were not available to be local due to our out of state home purchase. During negotiations he was balanced even though the buyer was unreasonable. His recommendation of our Real Estate attorney was also top notch. Even before our closing I recommended River to 2 folks for their home sales. I think anyone would be pleased with working with River.

He is dialed into this area and knows how to get things done efficiently and without fail. I view River as a true partner in my real estate renovation business and would not consider using anyone else to either purchase or sell my properties.
